After a significant redesign and big success with the Corvette in 1958, the Corvette for '59 took many of the '58 models design cues. Engine power options remained the same and interiors were revised slightly. Revisions included updated instrument graphics, a positive reverse lockout shifter with ''T'' handle for manual transmissions and a storage bin on the passenger's side. This 1959 Corvette is a striking car that carries the quintessential Corvette color combination. The Roman Red exterior, with white coves, pops against the car's brightwork.
